在经济发展的作用下,我国铁路行业得到了快速发展。企业工会是联系企业领导和企业基层员工的重要组织,对铁路企业的长期发展具有很大作用,其不仅可以协调企业内部的发展矛盾,还可以引导人民群众给企业发展献计献策。但是从当前铁路企业工会的发展来看,铁路工会中存在复杂的内部关系,工会工作进展阻力较大。本文主要对铁路企业工会干部的培训工作进行了分析,并根据当前工会出现的问题针对性地提出了一些解决措施,希望可以促进铁路企业工会培训工作的发展。
Under the function of economic development, China’s railway industry has witnessed rapid development. Enterprise unions are important organizations that connect business leaders and grassroots employees. They play a great role in the long-term development of railway enterprises. They can not only coordinate the development contradictions within an enterprise, but also guide the people to give advice and suggestions to the development of an enterprise. However, judging from the current development of trade unions in railway enterprises, there are complicated internal relations in railway unions and there is more resistance to the progress of trade union work. This article mainly analyzes the training work of trade union cadres in railway enterprises, and puts forward some solutions according to the problems of the trade unions. It hopes to promote the development of trade union training in railway enterprises.
