本文介绍了曲轴激光淬火强化技术 ,采用千瓦级快速轴流式激光器对球铁曲轴进行了激光淬火试验。通过建立非稳态温度场模型 ,探讨了曲轴激光淬火时主轴颈处淬硬层深度沿激光扫描方向分布不均匀等问题 ,运用本模型可以在计算机上直接优化激光淬火工艺参数 ,避免了传统优化方法的不足。分析表明 ,理论计算和实际情况较为符合
In this paper, crankshaft laser quenching technology is introduced. The laser quenching test of the ductile iron crankshaft is carried out by using a kilowatt-class fast axial-flow laser. Through the establishment of the unsteady temperature field model, the problems of uneven distribution of the hardened layer depth along the laser scanning direction during crankshaft laser quenching are discussed. By using this model, the laser quenching process parameters can be directly optimized on the computer, avoiding the traditional optimization Insufficient method.
