在天然气处理工艺中,为保证外输气源烃水露点合格,需要对天然气进行低温脱水脱烃。乙二醇由于具备较好的亲水性和防冻性,被广泛应用于天然气处理处理工艺中。但乙二醇的损耗较大问题一直未得到解决,给生产成本控制带来一定压力。通过对天然气处理工艺及乙二醇再生系统进行充分分析的基础上,找出导致乙二醇损耗偏大的主要因素。现场实施证明,经过整改后,在保证乙二醇系统运行可靠的前提下,降低了乙二醇的损耗,提高了经济效益。
In the natural gas treatment process, in order to ensure that the dew point of the hydrocarbon gas outside the gas source is qualified, the natural gas needs to be dewatered and dehydrated at low temperature. Ethylene glycol has been widely used in natural gas treatment process because of its good hydrophilicity and antifreeze properties. However, the larger problem of ethylene glycol loss has not been solved, to bring some pressure on the production cost control. Based on the full analysis of the natural gas processing technology and ethylene glycol regeneration system, the main factors leading to the large loss of ethylene glycol are found out. On-site implementation of proof, after rectification, under the premise of ensuring the reliable operation of ethylene glycol system, reducing the loss of ethylene glycol and improve economic efficiency.
