The Central Government has repeatedly stressed the importance of building the organizational sector into a great sector in which to hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development so as to build the contingent of contingent workers into an excellent contingent that stresses party spirit, emphasizes quality, and conducts exemplary work. We must proceed from reality and identify the combination of the requirements of the times and our own work. We must boldly explore the spirit of “dare to be the first” and reflect the requirements of the times in concrete work.
