依据实际火焰矫正温度,对焊后低合金高强钢试样采用低温、中温和高温三种矫正方式进行热模拟加热,并对火焰矫正后的焊接接头进行力学性能测试和金相组织观察。试验结果表明,中温矫正的效果最佳,焊接接头强度提高许多,韧性最好。其次是低温矫正。高温矫正的焊接接头强度最高,但其韧性最差。对于一般结构不复杂的低合金高强钢焊件,火焰矫正畸变选择中温矫正为宜。
According to the actual flame straightening temperature, the low alloyed high strength steel samples were annealed by three kinds of low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The mechanical properties of the welded joints after flame straightening were tested and the microstructure was observed. The test results show that the effect of temperature correction is the best, and the strength of welded joints is much higher and the toughness is the best. Followed by low temperature correction. High-temperature welded joints have the highest strength, but their toughness is the worst. For the general structure is not complicated low-alloy high-strength steel weldment, flame correction distortion temperature correction is appropriate.
