介绍了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂的能级模型,分析了Er3+和Yb3+之间能量传递的过程,在此基础上引入传输矩阵的模型,在计算Er3+离子转换率的基础上,模拟了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂DFB光纤激光器的输出特性,并且比较了泵浦光功率、损耗和光纤光栅长度对激光器输出功率的影响。
The energy level model of Er3 + / Yb3 + co-doping is introduced. The energy transfer between Er3 + and Yb3 + is analyzed. Based on this, a model of transfer matrix is introduced. Based on the Er3 + / Yb3 + The output characteristics of DFB fiber laser were co-doped, and the influence of pump power, loss and fiber grating length on laser output power was compared.
