目的: 研究螺旋藻提取物 (藻福康 )对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。 方法: 运用 ELISA法检测藻福康对表皮生长因子受体 (epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)酪氨酸激酶的作用;用荧光显微镜、流式细胞术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析细胞凋亡。 结果: 藻福康能明显抑制 EGFR酪氨酸激酶的活性, IC50为 0.125mg/ml;不管是细胞形态分析,还是流式细胞仪检测或 DNA片段电泳,藻福康都显示能诱导 HL 60细胞凋亡。 结论: 藻福康能明显抑制 EGFR酪氨酸激酶的活性和诱导白血病细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Spirulina extract (Zalconcon) on the growth of tumor cells. Methods: The effect of alginate on epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase was detected by ELISA. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and agarose gel electrophoresis. Results: Algalactosil significantly inhibited the activity of tyrosine kinase of EGFR with an IC50 of 0.125 mg/ml. Regardless of cell morphology, flow cytometry or DNA fragment electrophoresis, Alphaflora was shown to induce HL-60. Apoptosis. Conclusion: Algalactosil can significantly inhibit the activity of tyrosine kinase and induce apoptosis of leukemia cells.
