目的:验证HY-HDR18型遥控后装治疗机所用施用器周围的剂量分布。方法:用TLD(热释光剂量计)[LiF(MG,Cu,P)]测量并验证由HY-HDR18型后装治疗计划系统设计的针对宫颈癌的妇科治疗计划及施用器周围的剂量分布。结果:TLD测量值与TPS计算值偏差4.2±2.5%。结论:理论值与实测值接近,此机可以在临床推广应用
Objective: To verify the dose distribution around the applicator used in HY-HDR18 remote controlled after-treatment machine. Methods: The gynecological treatment plan for cervical cancer and the dose profile around the applicator designed and measured by the HY-HDR18-type after-treatment planning system were measured and validated using a TLD (LiF (MG, Cu, P) . Results: TLD measurements deviate from TPS by 4.2 ± 2.5%. Conclusion: The theoretical value and the measured value are close, this machine can be popularized and applied in clinic
