我单位承接了一批模板的淬火任务,材料为45钢板,产品规格有400×350×60;350×250×50;300×200×40(mm)等几种.热处理技术要求为:调质处理后,在表层下2mm处的硬度为23~28HRC.模板原制造工艺流程为:下料(气割)→退火→粗加工→调质处理→精加工.原用的调质处理工艺如图1所示(在箱式电炉中加热).淬火操作时用钳子夹工件,单件冷却,冷却2~3min后再自由落于池中,继续冷却至水温后回火.按此工艺处理后的产品,表层硬度约有
