控轧控冷对DH36钢组织的影响及工艺参数优化

在实验室研究了控轧控冷工艺对DH36高强度船板用钢显微组织和力学性能的影响 ;通过组织分析优化了DH36钢的控轧控冷工艺 ,并在工业生产中进行了试验。结果表明 ,用这种工艺生产的船板具有高强度和良好的低温韧性 ,完全可以代替正火处理。 In the laboratory, the effect of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DH36 high strength ship steel was studied. The controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of DH36 steel was optimized through the microstructure analysis and tested in industrial production. The results show that the shipboard produced by this kind of process has high strength and good low temperature toughness, which can completely replace normalizing.
