教材是课程的主要物质载体,是对学生进行知识教育的主要媒介。教材的知识内容来自于文化,是对各种文化有选择地呈现。文化分为广义的文化和狭义的文化。广义的文化按领域的不同可分为物质文化、制度文化和精神文化等,而狭义文化按文化反映的事物的性质可分为:科学文化、历史文化、地理文化、艺术文化、思想哲学文化、伦理道德文化。化学教材是文化的载体,化学教材中的文化因素是一种文化资源和课程资源。21世纪的教育提倡人的全面发展,强调培养学生的科学素养。只重视科学知识和技能教育的狭隘教育不能实现这个目标,我们必须在科学教育里融入各种文化因子,才能实现学生的全面发展。
Textbook is the main material carrier of the course, which is the main medium of knowledge education for students. The content of knowledge of textbooks comes from culture, which presents to all kinds of culture selectively. Culture is divided into generalized culture and narrowly defined culture. The generalized culture can be divided into material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture according to the different fields. The characteristics of the narrow culture according to the culture can be divided into three categories: science culture, history culture, geography culture, art culture, ideology and philosophy culture, Ethical and moral culture. Chemistry textbook is the carrier of culture. The cultural factor in chemistry textbook is a kind of cultural resource and curriculum resource. The 21st century education advocates the all-round development of people and emphasizes the cultivation of students’ scientific literacy. A narrow education that emphasizes scientific knowledge and skills education can not achieve this goal. We must incorporate various cultural factors in science education so as to realize the all-round development of students.
