目的研究热灭活状态和活菌状态嗜酸乳杆菌对螺旋形和球形幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的黏附拮抗作用。方法制备人胃上皮腺癌细胞系(AGS)细胞爬片,将两种状态嗜酸乳杆菌和不同形态Hp菌分组按不同顺序加入,作用2h,革兰染色后光镜观察分析Hp黏附指数产生的变化,荧光抗体染色法定性评价黏附于AGS细胞的Hp密度的改变。结果革兰染色后光镜观察分析:排除实验组及竞争实验组与对照组比较,黏附指数均有明显下降(P<0.05)。荧光镜下可见实验组黏附于细胞的Hp密度也明显降低。结论嗜酸乳杆菌对不同形态的Hp均具有黏附拮抗作用。
Objective To study the antagonistic effect of heat-inactivated and viable Lactobacillus acidophilus on Helicobacter and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) adhesion. Methods The human gastric epithelial adenocarcinoma cell line (AGS) cell slides were prepared. The two kinds of Lactobacillus acidophilus and different forms of H. pylori were added in different order for 2 hours. The adhesion index of Hp was analyzed by light microscope after Gram staining The change of Hp density adhering to AGS cells was qualitatively evaluated by fluorescent antibody staining. Results Gram stain after light microscopy analysis: Excluding the experimental group and the competitive experimental group compared with the control group, the adhesion index was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Fluorescence microscopy showed that the Hp density of cells adhering to the experimental group was significantly lower. Conclusion Lactobacillus acidophilus has an antagonistic effect on different forms of Hp.
