目的:建立气相色谱法测定糖浆剂中添加甜蜜素的方法。方法:色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm),FID为检测器,选用四氯化碳作提取剂。结果:甜蜜素浓度在0.11～2.98 mg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8);最低检出限0.02 mg·ml~(-1);平均加样回收率97.9%,RSD=2.0%。结论:方法适用于检测糖浆剂中添加的甜蜜素。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in syrup by gas chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was DB-WAX capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm × 1.0 μm). FID was used as the detector and carbon tetrachloride was selected as extractant. Results: The concentration of sodium cyclamate showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.11-2.98 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 8). The lowest detection limit was 0.02 mg · ml -1. Recovery 97.9%, RSD = 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the detection of cyclamate added to syrup.
