非正式组织是组织理论研究中不容忽视的重要因素,隐含其成员共同利益的需求,非正式组织的形成有其一定规律性。伴随着经济“新常态”给企业带来的压力剧增,更多的员工会感到所处工作环境的不稳定。文章结合新常态经济特征,探讨了非正式组织中心理契约的存在性、来源及其形成影响过程,并针对新常态下产生的非正式组织中关系型心理契约提出了制定合适的职业生涯规划和完善企业文化的策略,针对交易型心理契约提出了重视疏导,兼顾双方利益、对非正式组织进行实时的监控、削弱非正式组织影响等对策建议。
Informal organizations are an important factor that can not be ignored in the study of organizational theory, implying the need of the common interests of their members, and the formation of informal organizations has its own regularity. With the economy, “the new normal” to the business pressure, the more employees will feel the working environment instability. Based on the new normal economic characteristics, this paper discusses the existence, origin and forming process of the psychological contract in informal organizations. In the light of the relational psychology contract in the informal organization resulting from the new normal, it is proposed to formulate suitable career planning, In order to perfect the corporate culture, some countermeasures and suggestions, such as paying attention to the guidance of transaction-oriented psychological contract, balancing the interests of both parties, monitoring non-regular organizations in real time and weakening the influence of informal organizations, are put forward.
