目的:探讨复方七芍降压片对肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR)的降压作用及对血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法:采用二肾一夹(2K1C)法建立RHR模型。大鼠随机分为7组:模型组、复方七芍降压片高剂量组、复方七芍降压片中剂量组、复方七芍降压片低剂量组、卡托普利组、假手术组和正常组。应用尾袖法检测大鼠血压,放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆肾素和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量。结果:复方七芍降压片能降低RHR血压和血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的水平。结论:复方七芍降压片具有降低RHR血压的作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Fufang Qishao Jiangya Tablet on renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and its effect on plasma renin and angiotensin II (Ang II). Methods: The RHR model was established using two-kidney one-clip (2K1C) method. Rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: model group, compound Qiqie Jiangya Tablet high-dose group, compound Qishao Jiangbei medium-dose group, compound Qishao Jiangbei low-dose group, captopril group, sham-operation group And normal group. The blood pressure of rat was measured by tail-sleeve method, and the plasma renin and angiotensin II were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablet can reduce RHR blood pressure and plasma renin and angiotensin II levels. Conclusion: Compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablet can reduce the blood pressure of RHR, and its mechanism may be related to its inhibition of plasma renin and angiotensin II levels.
