目的观察透明质酸酶直流电离子导入对先天性肌性斜颈患儿颈部活动的疗效。方法将50例符合入选条件的先天性肌性斜颈患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用透明质酸酶直流电离子导入治疗和手法牵伸治疗,对照组只进行手法牵伸治疗。分别测量治疗前、治疗1个月和2个月后患儿被动的健侧侧屈、患侧旋转的角度,治疗结束时评估疗效及记录治疗时间。结果入选时治疗组与对照组的各项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过1~2个月治疗后,治疗组患儿被动健侧侧屈、患侧旋转的角度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束时,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸酶直流电离子导入治疗可以促进先天性肌性斜颈患儿临床症状的改善。
Objective To observe the effect of hyaluronidase DC iontophoresis on cervical activity in children with congenital muscular torticollis. Methods Fifty cases of congenital muscular torticollis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Hyaluronidase direct current iontophoresis and manual drafting were used in the treatment group, while only manual drafting was performed in the control group . The passive lateral flexion and ipsilateral rotation were measured before treatment, 1 month and 2 months after treatment, respectively. The curative effect was evaluated and the treatment time was recorded at the end of treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group at the time of selection (P> 0.05). After 1 to 2 months of treatment, the angle of passive lateral flexion and contralateral rotation in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control (P <0.05). At the end of treatment, the curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Hyaluronidase DC iontophoresis can improve the clinical symptoms of children with congenital muscular torticollis.
