分析了煤粉在离心力场或重力场中直接分级浮沉存在的问题,介绍了煤粉掺泥分级浮沉试验的原理。通过对单个煤粉颗粒在离心力场和重力场中的受力分析,提出了离心力场中煤粉掺泥分级浮沉试验的方法,并通过试验和t检验验证了试验的可行性,成功地解决了细粒煤粉分级浮沉周期长、成本高和各密度级物料混杂的问题。
The problem of pulverized coal directly graded by centrifugal force or gravitational field is analyzed. The principle of grading and sedimentation test of pulverized coal mixed with mud is introduced. Through analyzing the force of single pulverized coal particles in centrifugal force field and gravitational field, the paper puts forward the method of grading and sinking pulverized coal dust in centrifugal force field. The feasibility of the experiment is verified by the test and t-test. Fine-grained pulverized coal dust classification cycle length, high cost and the density of materials mixed.
