综合交通枢纽运营单位是“投资、建设、运营、资源开发”一体化的主体,运营单位内部价值获取机制的构建,应该是从项目整个生命周期的价值增值活动出发,本文从产业链的角度将综合交通枢纽的价值增值环节有效地联结在一起,从而实现综合交通枢纽整条产业链的盈利。通过天津站交通枢纽工程这个实际案例对盈利模式的可行性进行检验,将实证和理论很好地进行契合。
The integrated transportation hub operating unit is the main body of “integration of investment, construction, operation and resource development”. The construction of internal value acquisition mechanism for operating units should start from the value-added activities of the entire life cycle of the project. From the perspective of integrated value added value of transport hub links effectively linked together in order to achieve comprehensive transportation hub profitability of the entire industrial chain. Through the practical case of the transportation hub project in Tianjin Station, the feasibility of the profit model is tested and the evidence and theory are well matched.
