本文采用扫描电镜能谱分析,扫描、透射电镜和光学显微镜形貌分析,对照相图对Zn-Al-Cu系合金的组织形成规律及相的成分进行了定性及定量研究工作,系统地阐明了Zn-10~60%Al-2~5%Cu等各种合金在不同疑固条件下的显微组织及其疑固过程以及主要相的物理参数。
In this paper, the morphology and microstructure of Zn-Al-Cu alloys were qualitatively and quantitatively studied by scanning electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and optical microscopy. Zn-10 ~ 60% Al-2 ~ 5% Cu and other alloys under different conditions and suspicious solidification process and the main phase of the physical parameters.
