本文介绍了钢锉专用钢T12CrV新钢种的性能及特点,同时分析了美国“双刀”牌锉刀的成分及组织特点,通过热处理试验,金相组织分析以及硬度试验,对T12CrV钢的热处理工艺进行了探讨,并为之选择了合理的热处理工艺。 In this paper, the properties and characteristics of the new steel grade T12CrV for steel file are introduced. Meanwhile, the composition and organization characteristics of the “double-knife” brand file in the United States are analyzed. The heat treatment process, the microstructure analysis and the hardness test of T12CrV steel are analyzed. Discussed, and chose a reasonable heat treatment process.
