本文采用气相色谱法,使用HP-1石英毛细管柱和FID检测器,对混剂中的辣椒碱与烟碱进行分离与定量。通过对异喹啉、磷酸三苯酯、癸二酸二丁酯3种内标物的筛选实验,得到磷酸三苯酯最适合做为本方法的内标物,分析结果表明辣椒碱和烟碱的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0、0.999 9;标准偏差分别为0.010、0.052,变异系数分别为0.016%、0.59%;回收率分别在98.9%~101.5%和99.6%~101.2%之间。
In this paper, the gas chromatography, HP-1 quartz capillary column and FID detector, the mixture of capsaicin and nicotine were isolated and quantified. Through screening experiments of three kinds of internal standards, isoquinoline, triphenyl phosphate and dibutyl sebacate, triphenyl phosphate was the most suitable internal standard for this method. The results showed that capsaicin and nicotine The linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0,0.999 9, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.010,0.052, and the coefficients of variation were 0.016% and 0.59%, respectively. The recoveries were between 98.9% and 101.5% and 99.6% and 101.2% respectively.
