离体条件下,植物激素NAA和ABA对稻瘟病菌的孢子萌芽没有影响,ABA对菌丝生长也没有影响,NAA对菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用。在稻株上,NAA能减轻稻瘟病的发生,且对烯丙异噻唑有增效作用;ABA则加重病害的发生,对烯丙异噻唑有拮抗作用。烯丙异噻唑处理的水稻在接种稻瘟病菌48 h内,水稻叶片中NAA含量能迅速升高,而ABA变化幅度较小。这些结果表明,生长素可能参与烯丙异噻唑诱导水稻对稻瘟病的抗性反应。
In vitro, phytohormones NAA and ABA had no effect on spore germination of M. grisea, ABA had no effect on mycelial growth, and NAA had some inhibitory effect on mycelial growth. In rice plants, NAA can reduce the occurrence of rice blast and has synergistic effect on alisothiazole. ABA aggravates the occurrence of disease and antagonizes alisothiazole. Albendazole treatment of rice inoculated with Magnaporthe grisea within 48 h, NAA content in rice leaves can be increased rapidly, while the ABA changes in the smaller. These results indicate that auxin may be involved in albendazole induced resistance in rice to rice blast.
