用PHA和LPS分别作为丝裂原(Mitogen),以~3H-TdR、~(14)C-UR和~(14)C-缬氨酸作掺入实验反映人血淋巴细胞转化时的DNA、RNA和蛋白质的合成能,测定了正常人424例,各类病人1666例。实验能够反映白血病的病情,是一个有用的预后指标。鳞癌、脑炎病人的细胞免疫力降低,腺癌时没有异常变化。电离辐射主要影响细胞介异免疫。肺结核和麻风病人的细胞免疫力下降,体液免疫增高,说明是由于细胞免疫降低而发病。恢复期则两种免疫均为正常。肝炎时~(14)C-UR掺入显著增高,春季卡他性结膜炎病人的细胞免疫和体液免疫均见增高,葡萄膜炎未见异常。角膜炎两种免疫力均降低。对各病的免疫机制进行了讨论。
Using PHA and LPS as mitogen respectively, the incorporation experiments of ~ 3H-TdR, ~ (14) C-UR and ~ (14) C-valine reflected DNA of human blood lymphocyte transformation, RNA and protein synthesis energy, determination of the normal 424 cases, 1666 cases of various types of patients. Experiments can reflect the condition of leukemia, is a useful prognostic indicator. Squamous cell carcinoma, encephalitis patients decreased cellular immunity, no abnormal changes in adenocarcinoma. Ionizing radiation mainly affects cell-mediated immunity. Pulmonary tuberculosis and leprosy decreased cellular immunity, increased humoral immunity, indicating that due to decreased cellular immunity and disease. During the recovery period, both immunizations are normal. Hepatitis ~ (14) C-UR incorporation was significantly higher in spring catarrhal conjunctivitis patients with increased cellular and humoral immunity were seen, no abnormal uveitis. Keratitis both immunity are reduced. The immunological mechanism of each disease is discussed.
