目的探讨脓毒症并发急性肾损伤(AKI)患者肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)、胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)水平与肾小球滤过率(GFR)的关系。方法测定ICU脓毒症AKI患者的RAAS水平、血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)与Cys C水平,并评估GFR,分析各指标间的相关性。结果 Cys C、肾素、血管紧张素I浓度与GFR呈负相关;Cys C和血清肌酐正相关。结论脓毒症AKI患者Cys C是GFR的内源性标志物,RAAS水平可能影响GFR。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS), cystatin C (Cys C) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in patients with sepsis and acute kidney injury (AKI) . Methods The levels of RAAS, serum creatinine (SCr) and Cys C in ICU sepsis patients with AKI were determined. The GFR was evaluated and the correlation between the indexes was analyzed. Results Cys C, renin, angiotensin I concentration and GFR was negatively correlated; Cys C was positively correlated with serum creatinine. Conclusions Cys C is an endogenous marker of GFR in patients with sepsis and AKI. The level of RAAS may affect GFR.
