不断创新中医医院服务模式,搭建平等、和谐的医患关系,提高患者满意度是推进中医医院不断升级和健康飞跃发展的重要基础之一。2008年湖北省襄阳市中医医院推出1+X病区服务工作模式,积极营造“我的病人我负责”新的服务工作理念,五年来医院门诊患者服务满意度提高2.3%,住院患者满意度提高2.5%,患者总满意度由97%提升为98%,在襄阳及周边地区赢得了良好的口碑和信誉。
Continuously innovating the service model of TCM hospitals and building an equal and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and improving patient satisfaction are one of the important foundations for promoting the continuous upgrading and healthy leap development of TCM hospitals.
