试验测定了LY12CZ铝合金切口件的疲劳起始寿命曲线，给出了具有理论疲劳极限的疲劳寿命表达式。对试验结果的统计分析表明，同一应力水平下的疲劳寿命遵从对数正态分布。据此，求得了给定存活率下的疲劳寿命，采用作者提出的疲劳公式进行了拟会，得到了具有同一存活率下的疲劳寿命曲线及表达式，与试验结果符合很好。根据其拉伸性能和疲劳极限，对其疲劳寿命进行了估算，估算结果与试验结果符合较好。
The fatigue initiation life curve of LY12CZ aluminum alloy notch was measured and the fatigue life expression with theoretical fatigue limit was given. Statistical analysis of the test results shows that the fatigue life at the same stress level follows a logarithmic normal distribution. Based on this, the fatigue life under a given survival rate is obtained, and the fatigue life curve and expression with the same survival rate are obtained by adopting the fatigue formula proposed by the author. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results. According to its tensile properties and fatigue limit, the fatigue life of the alloy is estimated, and the results of the estimation are in good agreement with the experimental results.
