随着我国工程造价管理体制改革的不断深入,特别是工程量清单计价得到推广应用后,工程建设市场秩序和计价行为进一步向规范化和科学化发展,但在实际工程建设中,很多建设单位仍存在着建设需求不明确、投入与产出不协调、重实施轻前期、重建轻管等问题,失控现象严重,如何更好的抓管理促效益成为建设单位工程造价管理的中心环节。现结合本人工作实践,谈谈工程造价管理中的几点体会。

However, in actual project construction, many construction units still exist With the problems such as the unclear construction demand, the uncoordinated investment and output, the heavy pre-implementation and the light reconstruction, the uncontrolled phenomenon is serious. How to better manage and promote the efficiency has become the central link of construction project cost management. Now combined with my work practice, talk about project cost management experience.
