比较4种常规农药对桑椹肥大性菌核病的田间防治效果,并检测各种农药在桑果上的残留情况。试验结果显示50%多菌灵WP、70%甲基硫菌灵WP、80%代森锰锌WP和50%腐霉利WP的田间防治效果依次分别为94.79%、96.23%、81.18%和82.77%,各种农药对桑椹肥大性菌核病均具有较好的治疗效果,其中50%多菌灵WP和70%甲基硫菌灵WP防效较好;经过检测,各种农药用药后在桑果上的残留量依次分别为3.90 mg/kg、1.34 mg/kg、2.10 mg/kg和0.98 mg/kg,其中50%多菌灵WP的残留量比国家标准(0.5 mg/kg)超标7.8倍,70%甲基硫菌灵的残留量比国家标准(0.5 mg/kg)超标2.68倍,80%代森锰锌WP和50%腐霉利WP的残留量都远低于国家残留标准(5 mg/kg)。综合田间防治效果和药物残留影响食品安全问题分析,80%代森锰锌WP和50%腐霉利WP比较适用于果桑园桑椹肥大性菌核病的防治。
