随着我国社会经济的发展,人们的生活方式发生了很大的转变,供热面积也随之而不断扩大,加上我国供热的形式发生了改变,每年对其进行投资改造的力度加大,且电厂的供热价格也在不断上升。在以往的管理体制下,很多款项无法按时追讨,导致企业遭到严重损失,影响了企业的长期和后续发展,如果长期持续下去,则会相当不利于供热企业的发展。为此,企业采取了一系列改的革措施,要求公司财务管理也必须加大改革的力度,将财务管理的重点从财务核算转到对企业资金运行的全过程进行决策、计划和控制、提高审计监督管理。本位对我国供热企业现在的财务管理制度进行分析和总结,并针对企业的管理体制进行探讨,提出想关的管理措施。
