由于液压系统具有传送能量大,结构紧凑,布局容易,换向方便以及易于实现自动化等优点,所以被越来越多的应用到机械设备的设计当中去。钻井平台生产所必须的设备也大量的应用了液压技术,例如起重装置,平台的升降装置,井架移动装置等等。这些设备大大提高了平台生产效率,但在使用过程中,由于系统压力过高,所用液压密封件质量的优劣等原因,液压油加注及使用不当等原因经常造成系统压力泄露,影响设备使用。液压系统的泄露成为影响液压设备使用的最大问题。泄露的主要因素是液压系统固体颗粒污染造成的,其次是密封件的选择及日常使用维护时的一些认为因素。根据这些因素,确定了防止液压系统泄露的措施,提高设备液压系统寿命,安全使用设备,保障设备正常运转。
