采用固态离子交换法制备了Cu-OMS-2催化剂,并通过XRD,SEM,XPS对催化剂进行了表征,将其用于甲醇氧化羰基化合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)反应,分析了催化剂的物相和形貌对其催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,Cu-OMS-2催化剂对合成DMC有较好的催化性能,其原因是:(1)CuCl以薄片形式均匀堆积排列分布在载体表面,有利于反应物的吸附;(2)催化剂中Cu2+和Cu+以合适的比例存在时有利于DMC的合成。采用CuCl负载量(质量分数)为25%、500℃下焙烧5h制备的Cu-OMS-2催化剂,在优化的反应条件下,DMC的收率达84.6%。
The Cu-OMS-2 catalyst was prepared by solid-state ion exchange method. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS. The catalyst was used in the reaction of methanol oxidation and carbonylation to form dimethyl carbonate (DMC) Effect of Phase and Morphology on Its Catalytic Activity. The experimental results show that the Cu-OMS-2 catalyst has good catalytic performance for the synthesis of DMC. The reasons are as follows: (1) CuCl is uniformly arranged on the surface of the carrier in the form of thin sheets, which is favorable for the adsorption of the reactants; (2) The presence of Cu2 + and Cu + in the proper proportions favors the synthesis of DMC. Cu-OMS-2 catalyst prepared by CuCl loading (mass fraction) 25% and calcined at 500 ℃ for 5h, yield of 84.6% DMC under optimized reaction conditions.
