目的探讨大鼠前庭核对动眼神经核的内直肌亚核的纤维投射。方法应用辣根过氧化物酶逆行示踪技术,将50%辣根过氧化物酶注入到大鼠内直肌亚核,存活48h后分别对前庭上核、前庭内侧核、前庭外侧核、前庭下核进行观察。结果双侧前庭上核、双侧前庭内侧核、对侧前庭外侧核均有纤维投射至内直肌亚核;主要投射区是同侧前庭上核、对侧前庭内侧核及外侧核;同侧前庭外侧核和双侧前庭下核无纤维投射至内直肌亚核。结论认为同侧前庭上核、对侧前庭内侧核及外侧核与内直肌亚核联系密切,在眼的水平同向及会聚运动中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the rat vestibular nucleus in the nucleus of the medial rectus muscle projection. Methods The horseradish peroxidase retrograde tracing technique was used to inject 50% horseradish peroxidase into the subnucleus of rectus of rectus in rats. After surviving for 48 hours, the effects of supraventricular nucleus, medial vestibular nucleus, lateral vestibular nucleus, The next nuclear observation. Results The fibers in the bilateral vestibular nucleus, bilateral vestibular medial nucleus and contralateral vestibular nucleus were projected to the subnucleus of the rectus abdominis. The main projection areas were the ipsilateral superior vestibular nucleus, contralateral vestibular medial nucleus and lateral nucleus. The ipsilateral Lateral vestibular nucleus and bilateral vestibular nucleus without fiber projected into the rectus abdominis nucleus. Conclusion The ipsilateral superior vestibular nucleus, the contralateral vestibular medial nucleus and the lateral nucleus are closely related to the subnucleus of the rectus abdominis, which play an important role in the horizontal and axial convergence and convergence movements.
