目的 研究 CD44粘附分子在脑膜瘤、多形性胶质母细胞瘤和脑转移瘤中的表达及其在瘤细胞转移、侵袭中的作用 .方法 采用免疫组化 SABC法检测脑膜瘤、多形性胶质母细胞瘤和脑转移瘤各 2 0例及 10例正常脑组织中 CD44 s,CD44 v3,CD44 v6和 CD44 v3- 10的表达 .结果 1CD44 s在脑膜瘤、多形性胶质母细胞瘤和脑转移瘤中的表达率分别为15 % ,10 0 %和 90 % ,其表达在前两者间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;2 CD44 v3,CD44 v6和 CD44 v3- 10在脑膜瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤中无阳性表达 ,在脑转移瘤中表达率分别为40 % ,5 0 %和 75 % (P<0 .0 1) ;3CD44 s,CD44 v3,CD44 v6和CD44 v3- 10在正常脑组织中均无阳性表达 .结论 1CD44 s蛋白可能在多形性胶质母细胞瘤的脑内侵袭过程中起重要作用 ;2 CD44 v蛋白可能在部分脑转移瘤向颅内转移的过程中起作用 ,且有可能成为脑转移瘤诊治的有用指标
Objective To investigate the expression of CD44 adhesion molecules in meningioma, glioblastoma multiforme and metastatic brain tumors and their role in tumor cell metastasis and invasion. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect meningioma and polymorphisms. Expressions of CD44 s, CD44 v3, CD44 v6, and CD44 v3 -10 in 20 cases of glioblastoma and 5 cases of brain metastases, and 1 case of CD44 s in meningiomas, pleomorphic glioblastoma The expression rates of cell neoplasms and brain metastases were 15%, 100%, and 90%, respectively, and their expression was significantly different between the first two (P<0.01); 2 CD44 v3, CD44 v6, and CD44. There was no positive expression of v3-10 in meningioma and glioblastoma multiforme, and the expression rates in brain metastases were 40%, 50% and 75% (P<0.01), 3CD44 s, respectively. There was no positive expression of CD44 v3, CD44 v6 and CD44 v3- 10 in normal brain tissue. Conclusion 1 CD44 s protein may play an important role in the brain invasion of glioblastoma multiforme; 2 CD44 v protein may be Partial brain metastases play a role in the process of intracranial metastases and may be a useful indicator for the diagnosis and treatment of brain metastasis
