研究了电磁泵升液管用粘土结合碳化硅材料在高温铝液中的抗铝液侵蚀性能,用XRD分析试样侵蚀层的相组成,用扫描电子显微镜观察试样侵蚀层的显微结构。结果表明:随铝液温度的提高,碳化硅材料抗铝液侵蚀能力显著降低。随侵蚀时间增长,侵蚀层厚度增加。铝液对粘土结合碳化硅侵蚀属于晶间腐蚀。
The erosion resistance of molten aluminum in high temperature molten aluminum was studied. The phase composition of erosion layer was analyzed by XRD and the microstructure of erosion layer was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of the temperature of the molten aluminum, the erosion resistance of the silicon carbide material against molten aluminum is significantly reduced. As the erosion time increases, the erosion layer thickness increases. Aluminum liquid to clay combined with silicon carbide erosion belongs to intergranular corrosion.
