长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RANs,lncRNAs)是指长度超过200个核苷酸且无编码蛋白质功能的一类非编码RNA。 “,”Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs with a length of more than 200 nucleotides and have no function of coding protein.Recent studies found that lncRNAs are widely involved in various biological processes, such as regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, metastasis and apoptosis, etc., and that the abnormal expression of lncRNAs is closely related to various human diseases, especially malignant tumors.Among them, antisense lncRNAs are generated by reverse transcription of coding genes. In mammalian cells, antisense lncRNAs account for about 20% of all lncRNAs.This kind of lncRNAs can influence the biological activities of cells by regulating the transcription of nearby genes, and the occurrence and development of tumors including gastric cancer.Relevant studies have become a hot spot and an important scientific issue in the field of cancer research. This review intends to summarize the antisense lncRNAs and their functions that have been clearly differentiated in gastric cancer in recent years by combining the latest research reports at home and abroad.
