盐岩储库水溶造腔过程中,不溶物颗粒的运动和沉积特征,对建槽期的沉砂坑形态有显著影响。对此,针对典型盐矿的不溶物,开展颗粒级配分析及堆积试验,对不溶物在造腔流场中的运动状态及沉积特性开展理论分析,确立不溶物颗粒在卤水中的沉积速度;重点探讨建槽期流场对不溶物颗粒运动规律及对沉砂坑形态的影响;将理论成果应用于造腔模拟软件开发,应用结果表明腔体底部形态发展更符合工程实际情况,并基于此提出对工程的有利启发。
In the course of water-soluble salt solution in salt rock reservoirs, the movement and sedimentary characteristics of insoluble particles have a significant effect on the shape of grit chamber during the tank-building period. In view of this, aiming at the insoluble matter of typical salt mines, the particle grading analysis and pile-up test were carried out to analyze the kinetic state and deposition characteristics of insoluble matter in the flow field and to establish the deposition rate of insoluble particles in brine.
