目的探讨结节性硬化(TS)的CT和MRI表现特征。方法回顾性分析28例经临床确诊的TS患者影像资料。结果室管膜下结节28例,皮层及皮层下结节9例,脑白质异常6例,CT表现钙化结节为高密度,其他为等或低密度,MRI表现T1WI为低信号、T2WI低或高信号。10例行MRI增强,室管膜下结节呈中等强化,皮层及皮层下结节和脑白质异常信号均未见强化。结论 CT和MRI能较好显示TS脑部改变,CT显示钙化结节敏感,MRI显示皮层及皮层下结节和脑白质改变敏感。
Objective To investigate CT and MRI features of tuberous sclerosis (TS). Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases of clinically diagnosed TS patients image data. Results There were 28 cases of subependymal nodules, 9 cases of subcortical and subcortical nodules, 6 cases of white matter abnormalities. The CT findings showed high density of calcified nodules and the others were equal or low density. MRI showed low signal of T1WI and low T2WI Or high signal. 10 cases of MRI enhancement, subependymal nodules showed moderate enhancement, cortical and subcortical nodules and white matter abnormal signals were not enhanced. Conclusion CT and MRI can better show the changes of brain TS, CT showed calcified nodules sensitive, MRI showed cortical and subcortical nodules and white matter change sensitive.
