我国黄土高原西部地区,包括甘肃、宁夏和青海的海东地区,位于干旱和半干旱的气候类型地带。土壤水分一般处于低储量、低利用的状况,各地程度不同地保持着可供地面作物利用的土壤水分潜力。采取调整农林草的地区品种结构;采取有效办法提高地温;提高施肥水平,以肥调水;发展作用较大的乔灌混交林和改变耕作方式等,提高土壤水分利用率。
The western part of the Loess Plateau in China, including Haidong, Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai, is located in arid and semi-arid climatic zones. Soil moisture is generally in a state of low reserve and low utilization, and varies widely from place to place to maintain the potential of soil moisture available for use by ground-based crops. Take measures to adjust the structure of varieties of agriculture, forestry and grasses in the region; take effective measures to improve the ground temperature; raise the fertilization level to fertilize the water; develop more suitable plantations of mixed forests of trees and shrubs and change farming methods to improve soil water utilization efficiency.
