全苏玉米所在试验场的人工感染环境下,用5年时间测定了一系列玉米杂交种及其亲本对玉米丝黑穗病和黑粉病的抗性。玉米丝黑穗病感染率的鉴定结果列入表1。在试验1检验过的自交系中,最抗病的是自交系OS420。较抗的是自交系Juw158,153,其感染率为7.9~10.8%。而Fc18、T22、66_(121122)、A619 O_2这些原始亲本表现的抗性较弱(病株相应为32.8、45.1、48.6和54.4%)。在试验2中,抗性最强的是自交系Ma21、343、F_7,其感染率为2.6、4.4和7.3%。抗性弱的是自交系W729、21TB和
In a man-made infection environment at the test site of All-Soybean maize, the resistance of a series of maize hybrids and their parents to maize smut and smut was determined over a five-year period. The identification of maize smut infection rates is tabulated in Table 1. Of the inbreds tested in Experiment 1, the most resistant was the inbred line OS420.
