实践证明,在露天袋栽香菇工艺中,接种好坏是栽培成败的关键。据调查,菌袋污染率一般都在10~30%,少数严重的达50%以上,有的甚至全部报废。1986年福建省袋栽香菇1亿4千多万袋,因接种污染造成经济损失估计2~3千万元。因此,如何减少污染,是当前袋栽香菇生产上一个亟待解决的大问题。现针对生产中出现的一些问题作出原因上的分析,并提出防治对策。污染途径及表现(一)菌种污染。栽培种本身已被污染,或接种前菌种处理不当,接种后直接污染菌袋,污染部位出现在接种穴口周围,常表现为局部的连续性污染。(二)配料装袋不当。拌料过湿,导致香菇菌丝
