目的 探讨影响医学生心理素质的有关因素以及改善医学生心理素质的途径。方法 选取医学院校一年级七年制、高职学生作为被试,填写威廉斯创造力倾向量表、状态—特质焦虑问卷、症状自评量表及作者自编问卷,将被试先后分为学业优秀组—学业较差组,应对积极组—应对消极组,应用SPSS统计软件进行差异显著性检验。结果 ①学业成绩较差组的医学生在情绪耐受力和心理适应能力上显著差于学业成绩优秀组。②应对消极组的心理素质明显较差。③不同性别的医学生心理素质差异不明显,但学业成绩优异的女生心理适应能力明显较差。结论 学业较差的学生是医学院校学生心理健康工作的重点,调整学生的应对方式应是改善学生心理素质的重要手段。
Objective To explore the factors that affect the psychological quality of medical students and ways to improve the psychological quality of medical students. Methods Seven-year medical students and vocational students were selected as subjects. The Williams Creativity Tendency Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90 and Authors Questionnaire were selected. The subjects were divided into Academic excellence group - poor academic group, response to the positive group - to deal with the negative group, the application of SPSS statistical software significant difference test. Results ① The medical students who had poor academic performance were significantly worse than those with excellent academic performance in their emotional and psychological adaptability. ② coping with negative group’s psychological quality is significantly poorer. ③The psychological quality of medical students of different genders is not obvious, but the female students with excellent academic performance have obviously poor psychological adaptability. Conclusions Students with poor academic performance are the key points of mental health work in medical college students. To adjust students’ coping style should be an important means to improve their psychological quality.
