母子公司管控模式是企业集团管理的核心问题,人力资源管理作为母公司控制子公司的重要手段,根据集分权程度不同,母子公司人力资源管控模式可以分为:全面管理型、平衡管理型和分散管理型。本文研究了在全面管理型模式下,母公司对子公司的人力资源管理控制实现途径,建立集约高效的集团管控模式,最终实现集团整体的战略利益。
The control mode of the parent-subsidiary company is the core issue of the enterprise group management. Human resource management is an important means for the parent company to control the subsidiary company. According to the degree of decentralization, the human resource management and control mode of the parent-subsidiary company can be divided into comprehensively managed, balancedly managed and Scattered management type. This paper studies the ways of parental control of human resources management of subsidiaries in a comprehensive management mode and establishes an intensive and efficient group management and control model to ultimately realize the overall strategic interests of the Group.
