在分析机车DK-1型电空制动机DKL逻辑控制装置基本结构及其与机车制动系统指令输入、输出功能的对应关系的基础上,对DKL制动逻辑控制单元的内部结构、基本框架、系统的内部电路、系统的主要功能、工作原理、工作过程和DKL逻辑控制装置在我国主型电力机车SS6B电空制动机上的实际应用时的指令输入、指令的输出、内部逻辑的运算等关键技术进行了详细的分析与研究,最后通过对DKL逻辑控制单元在机车制动控制方面的特点、优点与传统电路控制的比较可知DKL逻辑控制装置在机车制动机控制方面的灵敏性和准确性均在99.5%以上,大大超过电路控制效果,可见DKL逻辑控制单元在机车制动控制方面,尤其是在逻辑性、可靠性方面有更高的先进性,具有非常良好的应用前景和推广使用价值。
