在素质教育推行的当今,不仅要重视学生学习成绩的提高,同时要重视学生能力的培养,学生在学习的过程中能力的获取取决于教师的教学方式。合作学习是以班级授课制为背景的一种教学方式,教师将学生们分为不同的学习小组,在课堂中展开小组合作式的学习,而教师通过指导各个组共同完成教学任务,这样不仅能够将群体的积极功能发挥出来,而且能够提高个体的学习动力和能力,达到完成特定的教学任务的目的,弥补班级授课制的不足,也改变了以往教师垄断整堂课的信息源而学生处于被动地位的局面,让学生的主体性得到发挥,本文围绕“合作学习在小学语文教学中的应用”为主题展开探讨。
