中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜炎(中网炎)虽有自限性,但病程较长,部分病例反复发作或迁延不愈,将对视功能造成损害。近年笔者采用中西医结合方法治疗54例,疗效较好,报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 共治疗54例(61只眼),其中男50例,女4例;年龄23～48岁;病程5d至14个月。单眼发病47例,双眼7例。视力在0.3以下22眼,0.4～0.6者25眼,0.7～0.9者9眼,1.0以上者5眼。伴有视物变形者18眼,以上病例都经眼底检查或眼底荧光造影确诊为中网炎。
Although the central serous chorioretinitis (reticulitis) self-limiting, but a longer course of some cases of recurrent or persistent non-healing, will damage visual function. In recent years, I used the method of Integrative Medicine 54 cases, the effect is better, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 54 cases (61 eyes) were treated, including 50 males and 4 females; aged 23 to 48 years; duration of 5d to 14 months. Monocular disease in 47 cases, binocular in 7 cases. Visual acuity was below 0.3 in 22 eyes, 0.4 to 0.6 in 25 eyes, 0.7 to 0.9 in 9 eyes and 1.0 in 5 eyes. 18 patients with visual distortion, the above cases are confirmed by fundus examination or fundus fluorescein angiography in the net inflammation.
