过去在中学体育教学中,许多教师采用的教学手段和方法较为单一,在体育教学过程中,学生的自我效能的培养不尽如意,主要表现在学生只注重身体健康的锻炼,对身体综合素质的锻炼和自主锻炼的意识不到位,仍然需要老师和家长在学习过程中不断地提醒,导致学生不能够独立的发展,在提高自我效能感和参与锻炼的积极性方面还有待提高。因此,本文主要针对如何在中学体育教学中培养学生的自我效能感的问题展开叙述和研究分析,并给出了具体的措施和方案。
In the past, the teaching methods and methods used by many teachers in middle school were relatively simple. In the process of physical education, the self-efficacy of students was not well-intentioned. It mainly manifested in that students only paid attention to their physical health, The lack of awareness of exercise and self-workout still requires teachers and parents to remind them constantly during the learning process, leading to students not being able to develop independently. There is still room for improvement in self-efficacy and enthusiasm for participation in training. Therefore, this article mainly focuses on how to cultivate students’ sense of self-efficacy in middle school physical education to start the narrative and research analysis, and gives specific measures and programs.
