应用分形几何理论,研究了脆性材料在冲击粉碎方式下形成颗粒的粒度分布特征,发现在双对数坐标下,颗粒粒径的质量累积百分含量与粒径之间呈直线关系,表明其粒度分布具有分形结构。根据该直线的斜率b,由公式D=3-b可求得相应的分维。分维可作为描述粒度分布特征的一个序参量,其值反映了分布的离散趋势和颗粒的均匀程度,并在量度材料强度和估测颗粒级配等方面有重要意义。
Fractal geometry theory was used to study the particle size distribution characteristics of brittle materials in the impact crushing mode. It was found that in the double logarithmic coordinates, there was a linear relationship between the cumulative mass percentage of the particle size and the particle size, indicating that the particle size Distribution has a fractal structure. According to the slope of the line b, by the formula D = 3-b can be obtained by the corresponding fractal dimension. Fractal dimension can be used as a parameter to describe the characteristics of particle size distribution. Its value reflects the discrete trend of distribution and the uniformity of particles, and is of great significance in measuring material strength and estimating grain gradation.
