目的:研究番石榴叶乙酸乙酯萃取物化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20色谱与重结晶方法进行分离纯化,采用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从番石榴叶乙酯乙酯萃取物中共分得了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(1)、植物醇乙酸酯(2)、cubenol(3)、桉树素(4)、正二十二酸对羟基苯乙醇酯(5)、8-甲基-5,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(6)、6-甲基-5,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(7)、白桦脂酸(8)、鼠尾草酚(9)、槲皮素(10)、2,4,6-三羟基-3,5-二甲基二苯甲酮-4-O-β-D-(6-O-没食子酰基)-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of guava leaves ethyl acetate extract. Methods: Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and recrystallization were used to separate and purify. The structures were identified by spectroscopy. Results: A total of 11 compounds were isolated from the ethyl ester extract of guava leaves and identified as 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (1), phytol acetate ), Cubenol (3), eucalyptus (4), p-hydroxyphenyl ethanolic behenate (5), 8- methyl-5,7- dihydroxyflavone (6), 6-methyl- Dihydroxyflavone (7), betulinic acid (8), carnosol (9), quercetin (10), 2,4,6-trihydroxy-3,5-dimethyl Benzophenone-4-O-β-D- (6-O-galloyl) -glucoside (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
