从全国的经济发展构成看，乡镇企业在国民生产总值中占有相当大的比重。我州乡镇企业的发展对我州经济的发展也起着重要的推动作用，它走过了一条曲折的发展道路。在经济高速发展的今天，乡镇企业如何开展二次创业、如何根据我州的实际和我州的发展思路，把我州建成生态经济大州就显得非常重要。本文通过详实的资料对我州乡镇企业的现状和存在的问题作了一定的分析，并对我州乡镇企业发展中产业和产品结构的调整及目标的实现提出了相应的发展思路，对我州乡镇企业今后的发展具有一定的指导意义。
From the perspective of the composition of the country's economic development, township and village enterprises occupy a large proportion of the GNP. The development of township enterprises in our county also played an important role in promoting the economic development of our county. It has gone through a tortuous path of development. In today's rapid economic development, how do township and village enterprises start their undertakings for the second time? How to build our county into a major state with eco-economy according to the actual conditions of our state and the development of our state is of great importance. Based on the detailed information, this paper makes some analysis on the status quo and existing problems of township enterprises in our state, and puts forward corresponding development ideas for the adjustment of industry and product structure in the development of township enterprises in our country and the realization of the goals. The future development of township and village enterprises has some guiding significance.
