目的 :探讨端粒酶活性在喉癌发生过程中的作用。方法 :采用 TRAP方法检测 34例头颈肿瘤组织标本中的端粒酶活性。结果 :在 2 7例喉癌患者中有 2 3例检出端粒酶阳性 ,阳性率 85.2 % ,2 7例相应癌旁组织有 7例检出端粒酶阳性 ,阳性率 2 5.9% ,7例喉乳头状瘤患者中有 3例检出 ,阳性率4 2 .9%。结论 :端粒酶活化并非只发生在喉癌进展的晚期阶段 ,在肿瘤形成的早期也有一定程度的端粒酶激活。端粒酶活性可能与喉癌的恶性程度有关
Objective: To investigate the role of telomerase activity in the development of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: TRAP method was used to detect telomerase activity in 34 cases of head and neck tumor tissue specimens. Results: Twenty-seven cases of laryngeal cancer were positive for telomerase, 85.2% of them were positive for telomerase, 7 of 27 cases of corresponding para-cancerous tissue were positive for telomerase, the positive rate was 2 5.9%, 7 Three cases of laryngeal papilloma were detected, the positive rate of 42.9%. CONCLUSIONS: Telomerase activation does not occur only in the advanced stages of laryngeal cancer progression, but it also has some telomerase activation early in tumor formation. Telomerase activity may be related to the degree of malignancy of laryngeal cancer
